WhatsApp is India’s biggest sales channel for small businesses. Set up a real WhatsApp Business storefront — catalogue, greeting, away message, quick replies — for a real (or realistic) local shop.

Steps

01Install WhatsApp Business (free) and set up a business profile for a real local shop you know (with permission) or a realistic one you design.
02Build a catalogue of at least 5 products: real photos, AI-polished descriptions, honest prices in ₹.
03Configure a greeting message, an away message, and at least 3 quick replies for common questions.
04Test the full customer journey yourself and screenshot each piece working.
