Track yourself for 5 days, then analyse it

The best first dataset is your own life. Track something real about yourself for at least 5 days — screen time, spending, study hours, sleep — then use AI to analyse it and make one honest chart.

Steps

  1. 01Pick 2-3 things to track daily (e.g. screen time from your phone’s digital wellbeing screen, every rupee spent, study hours).
  2. 02Record them for at least 5 days in a simple table — date, metric, value, note.
  3. 03Use AI (ChatGPT data analysis or Sheets + Gemini) to find patterns: which day was worst, what correlates with what.
  4. 04Make one chart of your most interesting pattern.
