Pricing is marketing’s scariest decision — so marketers test it. Design an offer, survey 10+ real people on willingness to pay across 3 price points, and recommend a price backed by your data.

Steps

  1. 01Design a concrete offer: a product/service with clear deliverables (e.g. "1-hour maths doubt-clearing session", "custom birthday reel").
  2. 02Build a short survey testing 3 price points: too cheap / expected / premium. Ask "would you buy at ₹X?" plus "what feels fair?" — avoid leading questions.
  3. 03Get 10+ real responses from people who fit the target audience (not just anyone).
  4. 04Analyse: response rate per price point, the fair-price cluster, and your recommended price with the trade-off you’re accepting.
