Ship a live, public dashboard

Dashboards are the analyst’s product. Build a public dashboard with at least 4 widgets on a real dataset in Looker Studio (or Flourish), and walk us through one decision it helps someone make.

Steps

  1. 01Pick a real dataset (your survey data, a public dataset, or your college’s numbers).
  2. 02Load it into Looker Studio (free) or Flourish and build 4+ widgets: at least one trend, one comparison, one KPI number.
  3. 03Arrange it so the most important thing is seen first. Iterate — first drafts are always cluttered.
  4. 04Publish it with a public link and write who would use it and for what decision.
