Build an FAQ bot on a real business’s real info

Customer-support bots are the most common first AI project at real companies. Collect a real business’s actual information — menu, prices, timings, policies — build a chatbot on it, and prove it answers correctly (and admits what it doesn’t know).

Steps

  1. 01Pick a real business and collect its real info: visit, call, or use their listings. 15+ facts minimum.
  2. 02Build a bot on that knowledge with a free bot builder (Chatbase, Botpress, Landbot, or a Custom GPT with a shareable link).
  3. 03Test it with 8 real customer questions — including 2 it CAN’T answer from the knowledge, to check it doesn’t make things up.
  4. 04Fix the worst answer and show before/after.
